代官山 小川軒

1905年、東京・汐留に西洋料理店として、現店主小川忠貞の祖父鉄五郎が創業。その後、新橋に移転。シチュー、ビフテキ、カレーといった「横浜洋食」で人気を得る。二代目順の時代に、本格的フランス料理の領域へ。藤原ステーキ、小皿料理、レイズンウイッチなど、今も小川軒を代表する味はこの頃に生まれる。1964年、代官山に移転。最初のお客様は志賀直哉氏。1970年から三代目忠貞が厨房に立つ。四代目に忠紀が受け継ぐ。

DAIKANYAMA OGAWAKEN

The restaurant was founded by Tetsugoro Ogawa, grandfather of the current chef and owner, as a Yoshoku (Western-style cuisine) restaurant in Shiodome, Tokyo in 1905. After moving to Shinbashi in 1907, Ogawaken became renowned for its stews, beefsteak, and curry - dishes referred to as "Yokohama Western Food." The son, Jun Ogawa, took over the kitchen and evolved the cooking style into authentic French cuisine. The now famous Fujiwara steak, small dishes, and the Raisinwich cookie were all conceived during this time. The restaurant finally moved to its current location in Daikayama in 1964. Third generation Owner-Chef Tadatsura Ogawa has been in charge of the kitchen since 1970. Tadanori is taking over the restaurant as the fourth generation.
